ADHD Evaluations:
I offer a comprehensive medical/physical ADHD evaluation for families with exceptional children, specifically those with concerns regarding poor attention and behavior concerns. If your child is struggling to pay attention, concentrate, complete tasks, sit in their seat, and seems to be always on the go or impulsive, and you are a parent looking for help with a diagnosis and recommendations, you have come to the right place!
I am generally able to see children within about 1-2 weeks.
What to expect:
- Call to make your first of two Appointments. The first appointment is in person and the second is via a telemedicine link.
- Bring your child for the first appointment and not later than 2 days before the appointment send any other testing results/pertinent records for review by email.
- In-person Appointment is anywhere from 30-45 minutes where I conduct a comprehensive history and physical and Parents are asked to complete a parent questionnaire. A form to be completed by the teacher is given to the parent.
- Once the teacher forms are returned to my office and scored a second virtual 20–30-minute appointment is scheduled to go over the results and a comprehensive plan with recommendations.
- You can collect a copy of the Report with recommendations, or it can be emailed.
Fee for Service:
Pediatric Pod is a self-pay clinic (Direct Pay Model) and accepts credit and debit cards. Each consultation includes an average of 1 to 1.5 hours of face-to-face physician time, complete note with diagnoses, and recommendations. Please call the office for pricing.
