Houston’s  Concierge Pediatric Practice

Pediatric Pod began with a single mission to provide Excellent Quality Health care for our patients. When I started practicing pediatrics, I had the vision to be the go-to expert for all things child related. I wanted to be able to answer all questions and to guide parents through parenting tough times. In my over 19 years of practicing pediatrics within the traditional Insurance Model I found that office visits were averaging around 10 minutes and that I was unable to build the strong relationships desired with my families.

In Pediatric Pod’s DPC Membership/Concierge Model, we place a focus on you and your child and not on the Insurance rules. Visits will take as long as necessary, and we accommodate all our patients as needed as the panel size will be smaller. There will be little to no wait times, and all messages will be responded to in a timely manner and issues may be resolved virtually. Our parents will also have direct access via phone, text, and email during regular work hours and by phone during after-hours as needed. Some say it’s like “having a best friend for a pediatrician” and we couldn’t agree more! Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a new way of providing primary care that’s already helped a quarter million people stay healthier and spend less on healthcare. Patients at DPC practices receive ongoing primary care from their doctor with zero copays and convenient scheduling. Most DPC memberships cost less than your monthly cable electricity bill.
